       The administration and the Board will cite commendations for school employees, parents, and community members who have made a significant contribution to Mountain Elementary School and/or District.  APPRECIATIONS: The Board wishes to thank Ket Conway and Paula Bliss, our new Music Directors for a very successful Spring Concert, to Mike Jordan, Thomas Sutfin and Mark Ingle for their assistance in setting up, to our neighbors the Bargetto family for the use of their property for overflow parking and to the Garden Haven Nursery for the loan of plants for     the annual concert. Thanks to our neighbor Rocky for grounds work, to Lisa Renfro and Julie O'Rourke for coordinating the upcoming Annual Dinner and Auction Fundraiser on May 18, and to all the volunteer parents working on the various projects for that event.

H.04    Approval of Resolution 12/13/015, Tier III Categorical Flexibility proposed use of funds and/or proposed close of Categorical Funded Programs Authorized by SBX3 4. l.

H.05    Adopt 2013-14 Board Meeting Calendar.

I.     ACTION ITEMS

I.01      Approval to hire Mary Beth Duncan, as temporary Art Instructor, effective  September 9, 2013 to              December 20, 2013, during the leave of absence for Jan McGeorge.

I.02    Acceptance of the JPA Heath Insurance Group rebate.

           Recommendation: Approve               

I.03    Approval of revision to the 2013-14 Kindergarten Instructional Minutes schedule.
